Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard™, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Senior Specialist Payment Acceptance you will help prevent financial loss to Target by researching and responding in a timely manner to Target.com’s and Stores’ third party credit card chargebacks and retrievals. The credit card brands you will respond to included Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You will have daily interaction with the card brands, various partners within Target.com, the Order Research team, various stores teams, Assets Protection, Guest Relations, Sales Audit and leaders in Payment Acceptance. Your work focus may be on stores, Target.com chargebacks or both, as well as various other disputes. You may also be asked to help direct contractors on media workload and with training on chargebacks. Core responsibilities are described within this job description. About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task

• Proficieny in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel)

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy
