Customer Service Representative

The candidate will be greeting clients, answering telephones, assisting attorney and staff, light typing, handling receipt of payments, liaise with Corporate office attorneys/staff, collect, copy and scan documentation to case management system, facilitate communication between clients and staff, and other administrative tasks. Previous administrative experience at a law firm or doctor's office as well as experience with high volume calls and multi-line switchboard is preferred. Must have polished and professional appearance for front-office responsibilities as well as excellent administrative skills. Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and case management skills are needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
