Job Summary

HQ Hardware Asset Management Reclamation Coordinator

Job Description

This position will be responsible for coordinating the return of all IT computer assets from our various programs and processes - termination, refresh, and break-fix. You work across multiple groups including IT, HR, and Finance to ensure our computer assets are returned for re-use or recycled based on current policies and procedures. Use industry tools and process to coordinate and report on the efficiency and quality of the program.Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Process and workflow management achievements

Understanding of IT equipment - ex: make, models, warranty services - Windows & Apple

Inventory management skills- physical and organizational

Knowledge of industry level asset management tools such as Eracent, ServiceNow, other

Self-directed

Ability to be led remotely

Team oriented

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Analytically focused

Organize local stockroom shipments, including Boxing, Labelling, tracking.

Additional

This role will be required to work onsite in Philadelphia campus 4 days per week

Ability to lift 40lbs, and arrange computer inventory on shelves

Proven understanding of Tableau or MS Power BI would be a plus

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
