The Credit & Collection Representative 4 works closely and diligently with assigned supervisor on the day to day performance, mentoring, and development of each team member. The Credit & Collection Representative 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced, and highly specialized, administrative/operational/team support duties that require independent initiative and judgement.

Responsibilities

The Credit & Collection Representative 4 addresses team needs which will include, but not limited to, answering questions, addressing member issues, escalated calls, etc. They are expected to work closely with the supervisor to help effectively manage the business, which will include coordinating and leading projects and tasks, monitoring aux codes, pulling reports, and analyzing performance. The Credit & Collection Representative 4 will assist with mentoring and development of associates. This includes monitoring individual, and team, performance and progress while communicating trends to supervisor. They will be responsible for ensuring associates understand how to navigate systems and processes efficiently and effectively. (Mentor, Argus, Epost, CRM, etc.). They work within broad guidelines with little, to no oversight.

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of technical experience (CRM, Argus, Verint, OMS, RX Connect and Mentor)

1-5 years of leadership experience (Demonstrated capability with mentoring and developing associates formally and informally)

Must be available to Opening, Closing, and/or Overtime based on business needs

Emotional Intelligence

Strong communication skills

Live within 50 miles of the pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor's Degree

Experience leading virtual teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
