International Tax Intern - Winter 2021

The intern will provide clients with strategic, integrated tax solutions focused on outbound and inbound structuring. Will complete tax planning and research. Develop an understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes. Assist with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning. Work with businesses around the world to build successful cross-border tax strategies. Should be working towards B.A. / B.S. / J.D. degree or equivalent from accredited university. Accounting major is needed. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred. Should have 90 credit hours completed. A general knowledge of foreign tax credits is needed.
