Profile

The Creative Services Associate supports the Sr Director of Creative Services with planning and executing all visual elements for showrooms, special projects, events/in-store activations. This role will project manage events and seasonal markets for Showrooms and work closely with VM, Marketing, PR and Special Events teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan
Manage job scope with vendors and suppliers including calendar and budget.
Work with cross functional partners (Marketing, PR, and Showroom Activations/Set ups) to ensure that calendars are aligned and events are visually planned and produced
Facilitate special events and in-store activations
Assist with build-outs including presentations, activations and visuals within the event and showroom spaces
Manage seasonal change outs of external Licensing showrooms
Partner with the team graphic designer to support with content design
Partner with Visual Merchandising team to support showroom visual setups and seasonal change outs (VM experience and mannequin styling/set ups within showrooms is ideal)
Stay on top of visual/event trends in the industry and compile trend reports of new ideas in design
Process Creative Services invoices and expenses relating to showrooms and events
Propose options for event activations/visuals/furniture based on budget
Acquire best pricing from vendors; Regularly communicate with Special Events to align with overall budget

Qualifications:

College degree
2-3 years of experience working at fashion/apparel brand; showroom, special events experience, a plus
Experience project managing and working in events
Experience with seasonal markets for a fashion showroom
Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat
Experience tracking time and managing budgets for projects with tight deadlines
Provides in-store oversight of planned events to ensure they run smoothly
Ability to accommodate last minute changes and requests
Due to nature of position and deparment, must be able to occasionally work on-site at events on nights/weekends
Hands on labor/must be able to lift (under 50 lbs.) when setting up events
