Responsibilities: Work as help desk/support center agent – answer phone calls, emails, and work tickets as needed for customers across the country. Keep customers updated on status of problem resolutions for all tickets in their name. Identify technology based problems and their root causes. Take responsibility for timely resolution, troubleshooting and repair using proven tools, resources and a variety of processes. Initiate escalation as appropriate to ensure management awareness of problems that are severe in nature or that are exceeding documented targets.
