Building the MT4 Expert Advisor.

Profile

Building the MT4 Expert Advisor.
I was able to find article online which detailed a method of buying and selling Forex currency pairs using rule-base evidential reasoning. Without a coding background, I would not be able to recreate this model. I need someone to simply follow the steps in the article, create the code, and give it me so I can backtest it and verify that the code is good.
