The candidate will negotiate and advise on legal aspects of contractual arrangements in a healthcare environment, with a focus on professional services, procurement and transaction documentation. Contract form development, and develop general guidance and education on key contracting issues and alternative terms. Will assist in developing internal policies related to best practices for contract processing and maintenance. Will provide guidance and assistance to other colleagues in the Office of Legal Affairs in a highly collaborative and team oriented fashion.
