DRIVE Services Supported Living LLC, We have locations in Spokane, Airway Heights and Medical lake.
We are looking for all shifts for a new home in Medical Lake if you are a good candidate and the first to apply you can pick your shift from all the available shifts. It's a beautiful home on 4 acres.
Hiring Bonus $1000 discussed during the interview.
We are a smaller agency that prides ourselves in solving problems and listening to our employees input as we are a team. As D.R.I.V.E.'s Owner/Administrator, I chose this field of work because I have a disabled son who I advocate for to get the services he deserves. He was my inspiration to go to college and receive a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a Minor in Psychology. I then worked as front line staff for 8 years and worked my way up into management. I gained knowledge along the way to be able to open my own agency. My agency has been in business for 11 years. I believe in supporting our employees and offer any training or answer any questions necessary to help you be successful. We answer our phones anytime of the day or night for help or support while you're on shift.

Job Requirements
Assist individuals with all aspects of their daily lives, including assisting with shopping, medical appointments, and activities chosen by the individual. The caregiver will follow written plans that help create a guide for the caregiver to follow and create consistency for the individuals.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Assist with medications, which may require an NAR for some individuals, which the company pays for and helps you attain.
Must be 18 or over.
Must pass a background check.
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Driver's License preferred but not required unless you are seeking a dayshift position. Then you must be 21 with a Drivers License to transport individuals.
Experience is helpful but not required.
All training is provided by the employer to include the cost of training and you are paid for your time in training.
