Review contracts for all business units and help in negotiation as well as helping with the drafting of necessary contracts. Assist in all nutrient management plans to help ensure compliance. Perform necessary tasks in all litigation areas. Maintain all corporate and managed client records. Should have Bachelor of Law Degree and Juris Doctorate. Should have 4+ years of relevant experience.
