Collections Representative / Resolution Specialist
The candidate will be responsible for collection follow-up on delinquent accounts including skip-tracing, draft repayment documents and work on garnishments. Take incoming calls and payments where necessary. Must be knowledgeable of the legal aspects of collections (including FDCPA). Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus. Should have High School diploma or GED Experience. Should preferably have 1+ years of recent call center experience including the use of an on-line collection system.
