Compliance Manager
The candidate monitors and coordinates the daily operational activities of the staff. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study is needed. Should have 5+ years of experience in healthcare with increasingly responsible positions. Certification from Health Care Compliance Association is needed. Degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, chemical or biological sciences or healthcare administration is preferred. Master’s Degree or JD degree is preferred. Experience managing a clinical laboratory compliance program is needed. Demonstrated knowledge of current Office of Inspector General (OIG) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) initiatives and enforcement practices is preferred.
