1. Our Caregivers told us that getting their TB renewed is a pain and they just don't have time to do it. So, we now administer TB tests in our office. We will do that for you too. It is less expensive and more convenient.
2. Our Caregivers told us that they need their pay sooner than pay day sometimes. So, we now have an app in which they can borrow from their earned pay anytime. You will have this app too!
3. Our Caregivers told us they need help sometimes with their clients or they need more hours, or they are having trouble with clocking in or questions about their paycheck. They told us they need a person they can call that can help them with all of those things. So, we came up with new roles in the office so our Caregivers would have their person. The person they can call when they need assistance. We call them our Caregiver Advocates. You will be assigned a Caregiver Advocate while in training.
4. Our Caregivers told us they didn't want a dead end job. They want a career. So, we now promote from within. Most of our administrative office staff started with our company as a Caregiver.

Caregivers with hoyer experience
