What We’re Looking For:
2U’s Global Learning Technology Team is hiring a Product Manager with strong leadership, management and communication skills. As a Product Manager in the Learning Organization, you will work with partner management, customers, internal technical and curricular stakeholders that consist of product and learning designers, business analysts, data scientists, product marketers and user researchers to identify, conceptualize and/or implement technical learning products and product enhancements that will impact 2U’s learners and teachers across our product lines.
2U Product Managers serve as business experts who leverage their understanding of technology, the market, 2U business priorities and business processes to deliver scalable product capabilities into 2U’s digital campus.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Implement and/or direct competitive, market, product and user research, including evaluation of 3rd party providers and tools (10%)
Consolidate input from business stakeholders and work with learning, partner management, engineering teams, and our customers to drive outcomes (15%)
Contribute to and maintain a prioritized product roadmap (15%)
Create, advocate, and communicate vision for specified products across teams and the organizations (30%)
Guide products through the full software development lifecycle in a deadline-driven Agile environment, including coordinating product launch and training activities (25%)
Develop, track and report product KPIs (5%)
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
3 years experience directly managing product or in a supporting Product Management role
Experience working in an Agile environment
Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps
Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with a start-up culture
Demonstrated experience managing mid- to long-term product strategy
Demonstrated experience with online learning or learning technology
Demonstrated authority in engaging business and technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working with product designers and researchers
Either an advanced degree or an equivalent experience with higher education/higher education product management

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $93,600, with potential bonus eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
