Outstanding academic credentials and demonstrated research, writing, and analytical ability are significant factors in hiring. Background checks must be successfully completed before commencing employment. Duties Include: Legal Research, Observing Court Proceedings, Interviewing Witnesses, Observing Plea Bargains, Appellate Briefs, Correspondence and Trial Practice.
