Responsibilities: Interpretation of institutional academic standards and eligibility qualifications; composing and conducting rules education meeting for member of the athletic department staff and boosters; providing expertise and advisement, and maintaining recruiting eligibility information; providing expertise to members of the department and University on rule compliance and eligibility standards for an Division I member institution; and supervising the Assistant Compliance Officer. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Compliance Office in developing, implementing, monitoring and enforcing essential processes and procedures, including supervision of an Assistant Athletic Compliance Officer. Oversee the IPP to compile surveys, analyze data, review reports, identify trends, train on IPP operating principles, monitor and document plans of improvement, and provide an annual update to the University President and Vice Presidents. Prepare Association squad lists and related Reports. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and commitment to follow Conference Rules and Regulations, and train coaches, staff, and other constituents on campus. Provided expert knowledge and assistance in coordination and interpretation of all University compliance programs and rules education.
