The Insurance Sales Manager in this position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering benefits at the work site.

Attain annual and quarterly sales goals
Recruit and train quality individuals
Insure that agents are performing daily prospecting activity
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Insurance Sales Manager Requirements:
Energetic, self-starter attitude
Natural Market in the Sacramento area strongly preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Life and Health Insurance License is required, but can be attained during the on boarding process
