Role Summary:
The Sr. Analyst position of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health (BBYH) Capabilities and Operations team, is responsible for working with cross-functional partners to develop, implement and execute our business tools backlog, reduce redundancies, and improve overall efficiencies in service of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health initiatives. It requires the understanding of process flow, CRM tools, sales enablement functions, system user testing, and cross-functional partnerships. This role will assess, recommend, and implement process improvements in conjunction with the business groups and technology teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage functional day-to-day operations of Symphony B2B Health (HCRM)
Operational responsibilities include SOP development, root cause resolution, communication, onboarding process, and tool development
Conducting assessments of the effectiveness of current operational process, proactively identify process improvement to drive business results and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Support and execution of the roadmap identified by leadership in the development of capabilities and tools, resources guides and recommendations the Health business
Serve as a point of contact for business support, maintenance, configuration and task level needs
Manages the implementation calendar, timing, and user testing in partnership with business teams
Working closely with business teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement while partnering with IT Support to resolve issues
Support the overall BBYH Capabilities and Operations team with data management (integrity, cleanliness, and accuracy of CRM data)
Support business guidance to IT and support teams on resolution of critical system issues, system enhancements, and defect resolution specific to the CRM system
Conduct UAT and quality testing to ensure data integrity while providing a seamless and end user experience
Experience:
2 years of experience in technology operational support, business data analyst, capability operations or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of Dynamics, Salesforce, or other CRM tool
