Staff Attorney - Battered Immigrant Project
Responsibilities: Prepare immigration applications for immigrant victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and other violence. Represent clients in immigration court. Provide help, which may include litigation, to clients with legal issues involving family law, housing, and public benefits. Conduct trainings for social service and law enforcement agencies that collaborate with us. Participate in community education activities outside of the office.
