The Director- Integrated Strategy, Worldwide (WW) Hematology, will be an integral member of the WW Hematology organization, and will report to the Head of Integrated Strategy, WW Hematology. This individual will primarily lead the development of the overall hematology strategy– in collaboration with key matrix team partners. Secondary focus will be special strategic projects depending on business need.

Roles & Responsibilities


Develop overall strategy across internal hematology portfolio with strong partnership and input from Disease Strategy Teams (DST’s), R&D, regulatory, market access, and commercial

Shape the mid-long term franchise strategy to ensure long term sustainability of hematology franchise

Operate as key commercial point of contact for hematology business development projects

Design customized workshops that continue the development and evolution of franchise strategy and dynamically lead facilitation

Develop strategic deliverables with close partnership with cross functional partners that include (but not limited to): hematology sustainability analysis, long term hematology plans, portfolio optimization, business development prioritization

Lead special ad-hoc strategic projects that go across franchise diseases and assets


Required Skills/Knowledge:


BA/BS required; MBA/graduate with degree preferred

12 years broad industry experience

Strong knowledge / experience with drug development and portfolio management


Preferred Skills/Knowledge:


Experience within hematology is a plus
