Assistant Vice President, Institutional Compliance
Responsibilities: Direct support of the Vice President, Ethics and Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer in the development of the institutional compliance program by: Being a resource for committee members as they develop their compliance programs in accordance with the approved governance standards. Conducting the monitoring of compliance liaison progress in meeting compliance governance standards. Develop and implement institutional protocols around assessing compliance programs per the USC compliance framework. Assisting with meeting the institutional compliance items in the annual compliance plan; assists in leading groups/projects. Lead the efforts to redraft the Code and recommend engagement and training around the Code and ethical decision making. Conducting program reviews, as needed.
