The candidate will assist with all aspects of case management from commencement through trial or settlement. Perform a variety of duties such as deposition/trial preparation, research, file review/management, discoveries, preparing legal documents/correspondence, etc. Should have strong organization, time management, accuracy and communication skills. Associates degree, 2+ years of civil litigation experience, as well as paralegal certification required. Strong medical background is a plus.
