Clinicians will write the Behavioral Health Assessment for each client enrolled at TAO North. The Clinician will also assist with writing the initial Client Plan based off the intake and/or annual BHA. The Clinician partners very closely with the team as a clinical consultant. The Clinician will report to the Team Lead but work closely with the other social workers, case managers, mental health workers to ensure continuity of care and that the goals and objectives of the clientu0026rsquo;s services are being met. We are looking for a Clinician who will roll up their sleeves and step in, to go the extra mile if needed, even providing clients with community support and case management services using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles, Recovery Philosophy, and Evidence-Based practices.
