Senior employment Litigation Associate
The candidate will manage defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and advice and counseling involving related issues. Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, wage and hour, and non-compete cases. Should have JD from accredited law school. Seven-plus years of litigation defense experience, preferably in employment, wage & hour, class actions. California Bar admission in good standing. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Superior analyzing, researching and drafting skills, including addressing complex legal issues. Should have previous experience managing cases and junior associates.
