The candidate will be responsible for Oversight of all tax matters in respect of the firm Global business. Planning, implementation and defense of transactions including intellectual property structures, treaty application, reinvestment of profits, withholding tax, etc. Collaboration with Provision and Compliance teams to ensure accurate reflection of transactions on financial statements/returns. Collaborate across all functions at firm, including Controllership, Treasury, Legal, Product, etc. Improve processes as necessary. Manage experienced global team. Manage outside law firms and consultants.
