The Business and Integration Architecture Manager aligns technology with business strategy and goals they work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Job Description

12 years of sound understanding of QA testing in a complex application estate built on multitude of technologies Very strong QA understanding of Functional, Regression, Automation (TOSCA), Performance (Load Runner) testing across Portals, UI, Mainframe, Data & Integrations (ESB) technologies Front to Back understanding of Policy admin, Claims Processing, Agency Business Model across multiple LOBs o High proficiency in P&C Insurance (Home, Renters), Commercial Insurance (Comm. Auto, Comm. Property, etc.) & Specialty Insurance (Aviation, Watercraft, MLPL, etc.) business knowledge o General Insurance Agency business model o Claims processing knowledge Sound understanding of Reinsurance business model Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently with business teams A quick starter and part of an Agile team; coordinate work across On / Offshore for successful delivery across Support, Maintenance and Project streams of delivery

Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 10 years experience in the Insurance Industry
Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager
Minimum of 5 years as a QA Tester
