Duties: Responsible for all of compliance management across the company. Designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective corporate compliance program and ensuring employee adherence to the Company’s Code of Conduct and related rules, policies and procedures. report directly to CEO and will be responsible for reporting periodically to the Board of Directors, and to the Executive Management team on the effectiveness of the Company’s compliance programs and specific compliance matters. Provide guidance, influence and leadership across a matrixed organization, seamlessly navigating the organization by having a good understanding of the pharmaceutical business ecosystem and possessing the ability to develop strong relationships across the business. Serve as a strategic business partner for management and ensure that the company’s culture maintains at its foundation an unwavering commitment to ethics and compliance by partnering effectively with the business to help build a culture of compliance in everything we do globally. ensures that the corporate compliance program is effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance by Jazz employees and business partners with applicable rules and regulations. leads a team of experienced and highly-motivated compliance professionals who are charged with designing and delivering appropriate, risk-based compliance policies and procedures and monitoring, auditing and training programs in support of the Commercial, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory functions. oversees the compliance risk assessment process that is used to set annual team priorities and objectives and to formulate long-term strategic objectives of the compliance program. Ensure consistent understanding, application and implementation of corporate compliance policies and controls.
