Systems Integration Engineer
We are currently in need of a Systems Integration Engineer
in our Norcross, GA office. In this role, the candidate will provide the following:
Perform systems implementations, initial install and configuration, integration with client and 3rd party systems
Provide Tier 2/ Tier 3 support for current implementations including installation/configuration of the application software, database, web server, network and systems integration.
QA / Application Testing: Create and execute test plans for software releases and updates in QA, Staging and Production environments
Minimum Required Experience
Requires an Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university
Requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Web Applications, network communication protocols, hardware/software integration and function, and design skills. MCSE a plus.
Requires experience with QA testing processes. Ability to write use cases, test cases and perform structured testing
Requires experience in: Windows Server 2008R2, IIS 7.5 configuring and tuning web servers
SQL 2008R2, Design, SQL Queries, Performance Analysis and optimization
Email systems, bounce mail prevention
Network Security, Firewall, VPNs, SSL certificates
Troubleshooting Online Payment Systems
Requires Customer Service orientation with excellent verbal and written communications and telephone skills. Potential to do implementation project management/Application Installation.
Strong communication and organization skills. Must be a self-starter, quick learner, attentive to details, able to multi-task
Ability to communicate with all levels within DataOceans and client organizations
In addition to the Required Experience the following list describes additional skills that would be helpful:
IT Security and compliance – PCI / HIPAA / SAS70
Experience with XML/XSLT
Experience with .NET and ASPX
Experience with Sharepoint and/or Windows Active Directory
Microsoft DBA experience
Experience in the Healthcare or Financial Services industry
