Description
The Informaticist 2 position will use knowledge of existing patient safety data assets to build and maintain an array of dashboard tools to support multiple levels of the enterprise in affecting positive member outcomes around Part D measure performance.
Responsibilities
The patients safety analytics support team interprets technical specifications from clinical organizations such as PQA, NCQA, etc. to build data assets that monitor member level performance and measure outcomes. This Informaticist 2 position will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert in both these measures and data assets, and using that knowledge to create interactive dashboards to support clinical partners as they drive programs to affect member outcomes. These dashboards will be used at all levels of the organization and will require taking complex outcomes and producing consumable data stories that monitor performance and drive decision making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years data visualization and analytics experience
Ability to use appropriate problem solving, research and analysis tools
Experience with data driven visualization and story telling
Strong attention to detail
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Power Bi Dashboard Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree
SAS Experience
Other preferred technologies such as SQL, R, Python, QlikView, Tableau, or similar tools
