- Resume database. This will include resumes employers can see for free because candidates have paid for their resumes to be viewed by anyone. In addition, the resume database will also include resumes that are only viewable by the employers when they pay the subscription rate. So, if someone upload their resume for free, like most of them will, employers will have to pay a subscription rate to see those resumes. If a candidate upgrades their resume submittal and pays a very small fee, their resume can be viewed by anyone who accesses the resume database.
