Regional Attorney Director of Legal Services
The candidate will manage a team of 5-10 attorneys spread across a region encompassing multiple offices in various states. Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation. Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations. Manage the release approval process. Handle Client complaint calls when escalated from a Director. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Manage and resolve client compliant escalations. Drive compliance and KPIs for team and market. Manage a high value caseload of automotive / motor vehicle liability cases. Manage daily reports. Law degree from a fully accredited law school is required. Should have 5+ years of personal injury experience, preferably automotive / motor vehicle liability. An active member in good standing of the Bar within the jurisdiction of the office listed above (PA) is required.
