We are currently looking to fill the positions of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) to join our new and rapidly growing team.

Qualifications / Requirements- Be able to provide CNA/CHHA services according to the client’s Personal Care Plan.
- United States Citizenship or Proof of Residency
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a reliable vehicle
- Clearance with Massachusetts Department of Human Services background check.
- Clearance Of CORI Check
- Certificate of Training for P.C.A./C.N.A./C.H.H.A. from The Department of Human Services.-
Certain physical abilities must be met to successfully perform the job functions*
