System Administrator
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on IT support.
• Microsoft Technical Certifications a plus.
• Advanced Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 Server installation, configuration and administration. Proven experience creating, maintaining or enhancing large scale data systems.
• Moderate SQL Server 2005/2008 database administration including clusters.
• SAN management experience including fiber channel zoning.
• Proficient in client operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7.
• Experience with CISCO UCS system a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, IIS 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0
• The ability to be able to work through complex environment build integration issues and explain clearly the issues and how to resolve them.
• Ability to configure WINS, TCP/IP and DNS.
• Knowledge of NTFS and Windows security.
• Server hardware installation and configuration.
