The candidate will work closely with legal, R&D and commercial colleagues to deliver the advice we need to grow and thrive in all our markets. You will provide commercially focused patent and design advice to all levels of colleagues in our business, including senior leaders and tackle complex patent and design issues which cross organizational and geographical boundaries. Ability to be admitted, to the NJ bar. are excited by working with our world class R&D teams, thinks commercially and relishes finding solutions to challenges. must have a wealth of experience of advising on patent and design issues. Can confidently articulate your advice, knowing how to get expertise across in a way that others can absorb and act on inspiring them to develop their ideas further. Are comfortable working at pace, with colleagues in team and out across our whole business and identify the issues to address quickly and formulate the best course of action for our business are required.
