The successful candidate must possess

Profile

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar in good standing.
3 – 5 years of experience practicing Trust and Estate Planning.
Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and legal professionals.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to draft and review estate plans for clients, from simple to complex and advanced estate, gift, and tax plans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Public speaking skills.
Nice to have but not required:
Admitted to the NJ State Bar, in good standing and accessible to NJ courts.
Bilingual in Spanish.
