Job Description:
Must be able to handle the weight of your clients.
Must be able to provide FULL transfers.
Must be reliable.
Provide routine individualized care to seniors or persons with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in the client's health status
Assist with non-medical daily activities which include: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia supervision, etc.

Limit your commute times! We will work with you to staff you near your home. Cases available in: San Jose, Campbell, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and all throughout the South Bay.
Job Requirements
1-2 years of experience
Must clear TB examination, LiveScan Fingerprinting
Must pass background check
Must be compassionate, dependable, and a team player
Access to reliable transportation (valid Driver's license preferred)
Must have clean criminal background
MUST BE ABLE TO DO FULL TRANSFERS
