Overview:
The Enterprise Solutions team is looking for a tech-savvy Sr. Business Intelligence ninja to design and develop BI solutions to support business operations, sales and product development. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a penchant for leading BI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop BI solutions across all business functions.
Transform data into digestible multidimensional cubes, reports and dashboards.
Analyze existing systems and business processes for BI analytics and reporting requirements including development of data marts, reports and cubes.
Lead the roll-out of BI solutions and assist all levels of users; ensure user satisfaction, monitor usage and provide training as needed.
Identify system deficiencies, analyze problems and solutions to conclude and implement corrective action.
Assess existing and available data warehousing technologies and methods to ensure our Data Warehouse/BI Architecture meets the needs of the business and allows for business growth.
Provide recommendations on the evolution of the architecture.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Statistics or related discipline.
3 years’ experience with relational databases, OLAP cubes, and data integration.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, data warehousing, cube architecture.
Strong understanding of data visualization techniques.
Strong SQL/MDX programming skills.
Excellent communication skills required.
In touch with the latest trendstechnologies in the BI world.
Experience using open source tools is a plus.
Experience with big data concepts and tools is a plus.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to transform vague requirements into usable reports that support TT’s initiatives.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
