As an experienced Software Engineer, we will get you up to speed with our Developer Development Program, a training initiative designed to focus on you and the development of your skills, knowledge, and confidence.

The company's Talent Platform manages over 2 million job requisitions and 40 million candidates for over 1000 clients worldwide. Our servers easily handle up to 20 million hits per day and store over 6 terabytes of data.
They groom their engineers in responsive agile teams where all members contribute to design and development, and their process is light and flexible so that you can move quickly and deliver your best. You'll get first-hand experience designing user interfaces, building scalable architectures, and leveraging the latest technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a scalable web application.
Research and fix challenging issues as they arise.
Collaborate with agile team members.
Design and implement new features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor**s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree from a reputable academic institution.
2 years of software development experience.
Experience with web-based technologies including Java J2EE, AJAX, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Struts, Hibernate, Spring or similar related technologies.
Ideal candidates are innovative, self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities.
Candidates should display a willingness to learn, while also offering their own insight, suggestions and feedback.
