Summary: As the key driver of organizational learning and development, the Specialist, L&D will collaborate with Talent & Culture leadership, CoE team members and the Talent Optimization leads for Prepared, Poultry and Fresh Meats to develop, implement and maintain Learning & Development solutions to achieve business and talent objectives and drive cultural alignment. Essential Responsibilities :
Develops comprehensive training programs using different iated learning mediums (self-learning, instructor led learning, supplemental materials, interactive learnings) to drive desired outcomes.
Works with SMEs or independently to assess learner needs and write outcomes-based courses, workshops, and other professional learning opportunities that align with best practices.
Define s role-differentiated pathways for learning and maps them out within and between courses.
Write s storyboards and scripts; produce s tutorials using eLearning software (Articulate 360 , Camtasia , Vyond , Adobe Suite, etc.).
Develops and creates all multimedia needed for learning.
Defines project schedules and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
Assists in developing and managing the implementation of project plans, taking responsibility for project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and communication to ensure the delivery of a solution within scope, timeline, and budget.
Assists in presenting and rolling out developed material, based on plan design.
Helps to re-conceptualize in-person professional development elements for online delivery as learning objects or experiences. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 3 learning & development related, including LMS administration, facilitation, training, TM development, certifications, etc. 2 years of instructional design experience - including eLearning, video production, and virtual training solutions. Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and familiarity with web-based applications and HTML . Knowledge of and experience working with learning management systems and online meeting systems. Proven experience working with e-learning software (such as Articulate Storyline) , video production and graphic design . Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills - including verbal, written and listening skills; ability to present effectively to all levels of team members including senior leadership; demonstrated candor, specifically listening with an open mind, having courage to speak up and give feedback, and acknowledging mistakes/failures. Special Skills: Knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE) and experience building adult learning programs, adhering to all adult learning preferences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
