React Native Android auto reply on notifications for whatapp or whatsapp business
We need a react native app that listens to native phone whatsapp notifications and replies to the notifications, similar to this one , but simpler

The app needs to request notification permissions and ask on which app to autoreply , like the above app, whatsapp regular or whatsapp business to start.
We need to have a rule to auto reply back to an user the first time it gets a message from that user and then have a configuration of how many minutes to wait before resetting this setting.
so if a user stops writting for 60 minutes, but then writes again he/she would get the automatic reply again.
The answer needs to be requested from a web service that we will build.

From the notifications in android can you read the whole message or only the preview?
Please quote for this first version, but please have in mind that the next version will be logging to an aws cognito pool to authenticate and it will have other functionality related to a system to help restaurants manage orders.
