Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the day to day management of core deliverables in support of the Media Strategy and Sciences team to guide the marketing strategy to achieve and grow performance, and optimize media and message mix allocation. This position requires an individual with a technical and analytical skill set, as well as a foundational understanding of media. This individual will be responsible for pulling data, creating reports/dashboards/analyses, utilizing the marketing mix modeling data to help drive strategic data driven marketing decisions. Provides subject matter expertise to influence key internal and external stakeholders such as partner agencies, strategic partners, cross-functional teams and executive management. Provides strategy and campaign level analysis to identify key insights and to optimize results. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Transform marketing mix model results into actionable insights and communicate to business partners

Works with measurement and analytics teams to develop robust performance management and campaign analytics to track and optimize return on investment related to key performance indicators, and determine media contributions to sales through Marketing Mix Modeling

Collection and validation of relevant data and business context for building models, quarterly optimization cadence, ongoing analyses, as well as evaluating models to ensure quality business use

Ensures proper maintenance and quality control for media planning, mix execution, and media mix models

Collaborate with partners, agencies, and teams to track and understand media plans for help inform forecasting, optimizations, and media guidance to teams

Works with agencies to develop competitive reviews and present findings and relevant takeaways to product marketing teams.

Works with partner agencies to develop effective 'test and learn' framework to maximize learnings and insights across all channels and tactics.

Guide forecasted trends across traffic drivers, products, sales channels and regions, and identify opportunities for driving business growth

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Role Requirements:


Bachelors or Masters' Degree

3-5 years' experience in related analytical or marketing focused role

Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
