Profile

The main function of this candidate is to contribute to the build out of several Credit specific and Central Cross-Asset services. These global services include industry regulatory deliverables to meet the up-coming Dodd-Frank and EMIR mandates as well as Central Reference Data services and CDS Curve Marking & Valuations platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing, championing and delivering software solutions in-line with business priorities. As most of the existing systems are in the process of being re-designed and re-built, the candidate will have the opportunity to help drive implementation while contributing to the streamlining and straight-thru-processing of trades across different systems and asset groups.
CLS/MVR Web Application Developer will be responsible for development of new Web Application. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. Flexibility and tolerance is a necessity. The ideal candidate must display excellent problem solving skill and organization abilities.
Main Duties
Be part of dynamic team of developers and deliver innovative technology solutions for industry-leading Credit Flow Derivatives business.
Develop new client facing Web applications and Web pages.
Maintain and enhance existing Web applications.
Perform complete testing of Web applications–unit and system, engaging users as necessary.
Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and easy to use interfaces.
Design and implement services to support the Web applications
Person Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience.
Must possess superior skills in web development.
Must possess years experienced and extensive knowledge in web development tools such as JSP, Servlet, Javascripts, HTML, AJAX, JMS, Java
Google Web Toolkit experience is a big plus
Must possess superior skills in SQL.
Experience in structured environment with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
