Purpose:
Create a price estimator for real estate agents and homeowners for interior design projects.
Use case:
Realtor enters in an address to a property into a Google like field. Data is pulled from APIs (like: Zillow, Redfin, MLS, etc). The data pulled will include: # of bedrooms/baths, living room, family room, dining, square feet, etc. The prospect will be asked if there are any missing information like an extra guestroom, if so, they can click via a radio button for any missing items. This information is put into our pricing model. The customer is then asked to input their email for the estimate. The customer receives the estimate in the inbox. We receive notification.
Current homepage platform is [login to view URL] . From my understanding they do have a developer mode outside of their drag and drop system.
This should be a pretty straight forward development project.
