Internship, Spring
The intern will be supervised by staff attorneys and receive feedback throughout their internship. Will assist on legal research; observing court proceedings; interviewing witnesses; settlement negotiations; pre-trial discovery; appellate advocacy; correspondence; trial practice; drafting documents. Areas of practice exposure includes : employment; public benefits; domestic violence; housing; disability rights; elder law. 1L students and 2L students are considered.
