CLT offers In-Home personal and companion care for clients at their home or at their favorite facilities in the greater Vancouver WA. area to include Clark and Cowlitz Counties.

Job Responsibilities
Provide personal hygiene for clients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by assisting with their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating. Taking clients to Doctor Appointments when needed.
Maintain client stability by checking vital signs and recording changes in conditions.
Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting clients with their meals, including serving and feeding them if necessary.
Serve the agency by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
Job Requirements
CNA, HCA, Food handler, CPR, Certifications.
Valid Driver's License.
Be able to work weekday, weekend, night and day shifts.
Physical ability to perform job-related duties
