The candidate will teach Pretrial Advocacy, a three-unit course. This course covers the steps in litigating a civil case from the initial meeting with the client, to written discovery, depositions, and the final pretrial conference. A J.D. degree and 5+ years of experience in the practice of law, including experience in the subject area, are required. Teaching experience is preferred.
