Create an excel-based flow plan for a w arehouse
I need an Excel expert to create an Excel-based flow plan for a warehouse per 15mins and hourly increments.
In the attached sample, the shift starts at 01:20 and ends at 08:05. Please update the new plan to start at 03:35 and end at 13:50. The goal is to process the total volume by the end of shift. This tracker will help the managers to monitor flow and determine how much packages to process hourly.
1. See attached spreadsheet - for total volume of 40k packages, it shows how many packages to process every 15minutes to finish up by 08:05.
That’s also taking into account 15 minutes break time from 04:05-04:20 (no packages processed) and 30mins lunch break from 06:20-06:50.
2. I need a unique and cleaner design. The new spreadsheet will reflect the following changes –
• break time from 06:20 - 06:35
• 30 mins lunch from 08:30 - 08:50.
I need three (3) trackers in one spreadsheet -
Sheet 1: 15-mins flow tracker (new design)
Sheet 2: Hourly flow tracker (60mins increments w/ new design)
Sheet 3: Create a spreadsheet using the information in the attached picture. Remove 2 lines under ‘scan compliance’ section (K & L) before total. Use font: Lucinda Sans and same size like sheet 3 in sample.
