Client Services Technician II

Profile

The candidate will provide user account administration, installation, testing, configuration, configuration documentation, patching, maintenance and operation of clients and client systems at the Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information levels. These services will be accomplished in accordance with all applicable requirements and policies set by the Designated Approval Authority for each specific network.
Job Requirements :
2 year degree or equivalent professional experience
Ability to acquire and maintain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information
Position requires CompTIA Security certification
4-6 years experience in an enterprise IT services and support position.
at least a current MCSA: Windows 7 or Windows 8 Associate certification.
