Facilities Coordinator

Interactive Brokers is experiencing rapid growth which has led us to search for a Facilities
Coordinator to assist with our Greenwich, CT office. As the Facilities
coordinator
you will ensure that the facility is fully operational by collaborating with
the Facilities Manager
and the administrative team. You will be a key component in the operational success of our office operations. In addition to working internally, the Facility
Coordinator,
will create, foster, and maintain relationships with our vendors.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all utilities functioning properly
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
Office HVAC maintenance
Office desks, boardrooms, pantry appliances, lighting fixtures, restrooms maintenance
Printers, scanners maintenance. Coordinate with network team for configuration.
Assist with physical access security tags for new hires/terminations & visitors
Coordination with building management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent professional level experience
3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Strong procurement and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate with senior level staff
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
